  • Canada & USA: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control such as customs delays or carrier issues.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom products (such as custom playmats, sleeves, or other personalized items) may require additional processing time. Please allow extra time for production before shipping.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we will assist where possible.
